If you don't don't know, why'd you say so?

It's official - I won't be leaving for Korea this week. :(

Still no visa, and consequently no plane ticket in sight. So it's looking like a late March departure date.
I'm mildly embarassed that I told everyone I was leaving this week and even said goodbye to a few people ... PSYCH! I'm still here!

The good news: I will actually have a date set in stone weeks in advance which is refreshing! Not to mention I have a few more weeks to spend with friends and family.

I plan on booking a ticket as soon as I hear from my recruiter and get some credit card issues straightened out ....
I found out last night that I was the victim of some minor credit card fraud - someone used my VISA number to sponsor at child on a monthly basis - then sent me the sponsorship package (aka evidence that they had used my card fradulently) so I obviously noticed immediately, demanded a refund and canceled the card. Bizarre! Perhaps a punishment for my online shopping addiction???
Anyways, a new card arrives Friday so booking a flight this weekend looks like a reality, and then I can get excited ... and go through another round of goodbyes, for real this time though!
